Boston Startup’s High Growth Demanded a New Website
Confer Technologies, a Boston-based startup, provides endpoint security software to ensure that all devices (laptops, tablets and other mobile devices) connected to a corporate network are protected from cyber-attacks. It’s patented technology efficiently and effectively keeps corporate networks safe.
Confer had outgrown its start-up website and blog and needed to have a more comprehensive and polished site. They were rebranding their company and wanted their website and other digital assets to reflect their updated look.
Being active participants in the design discovery process allowed us to fully understand what they needed their website to do. Their goal of providing excellent customer service while increasing leads meant ramping up their blog and rolling out company resources.
Paragon Digital Marketing switched Confer’s website from Joomla to WordPress. We coded a custom designed mobile-friendly WordPress theme for all pages of their newly designed website. We customized plug-ins to showcase their careers, blog, and resource pages. The finished site integrated Confer’s Salesforce web-to-lead forms and Zendesk support ticketing software to help capture prospects and provide better customer service. We took Confer’s new brand from plan to execution.
